I truly appreciated Norman's sales techniques. I like someone that i know is working for me not just a sale. Norman made me feel comfortable from day one and put my thoughts and needs first and foremost in planning.

I come from Illinois where I have purchased three other homes and never have I had a realtor put in all the work that Norman did. I kept asking him why he was doing so much?I expected a lawyer or someone to attend to all the details that he took care of.

I would like to give some input as to how Norman can do a better job in the future but i just don't believe that is possible. Norman went out of his way to be available at all times. To answer questions no matter how stupid I thought they were, while reassuring me I was asking very reasonable questions. Norman took the time to not only deal with me but to also speak with my husband long distance to help make sure we were all on the same page. I have to say Century 21 Martinez & Associates has a keeper with Norman Smith.
